Study of the mass telecommunication industry concentrating in radio and television production. Training in the operation and implementation of broadcast equipment necessary to produce radio and television programs. Can lead to entry level jobs as technicians, announcers, assistant directors, production assistants, sound and lighting designers, broadcast salespersons, camera operators, floor directors, videotape editors, etc. in radio, television, and the related fields of film or theatre.
