The New Quad
There was a wonderful groundbreaking ceremony in November 2005. The 40-acre campus is now complete. The new campus has six buildings: academic, applied science, library, culinary and theater, athletics and student services, and a day-care center.
The library, bookstore, restaurant, athletic facilities and day-care center is open to the public. Also, WYCC-TV and WKKC-Radio has broadcast centers on the new site. There is a clock tower that is reminiscent of the architectural structure of other well-known college campuses. In addition to 800 parking spaces, the campus is mass transit friendly. Two train lines and a bus route run right to the campus.
