Introduction to Biological and Cultural Evolution of Humans
Survey and analysis of the fundamentals of prehistoric archaeology, fossil primates and primate evolution, primate behavior, human genetics, and the variations of human populations. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course. Prerequisite: Placement test, or Grade of C or better in English 100. 150 minutes per week. 3 credit hours.

Comparative study of human societies and cultures of the world; cross cultural investigation of social organization and political, economic, religious, and family systems.
