Grew up and still resides in the Englewood Community.  Graduated from ChicagoVocational High School. Alumni of Kennedy-KingCollege.  Graduated in 1997 with a degree in Computer Information Systems.  Graduate of GovernorsStateUniversity(2002) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree – Board of Governors Program.  Graduate of National-LouisUniversity(2004) with a Masters of Arts degree in Developmental Studies.  Currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Post Secondary and Adult Education at CapellaUniversity, projected completion, 2010 (pending dissertation and residency). 
 
Began career at Kennedy-KingCollegein 1996 in the TransferCenter.  Committee involvement includes:  Graduation; Honors Convocation; Assessment, and Written Communications Task Force. 
 
KKC Transfer Center assists students in transferring to four year colleges and universities to earn their Bachelor's degrees after leaving Kennedy-King College through transfer advising; issuing Applications for Admission,  (fee waivers, where accepted); Transfer and Articulation Guidance, and Assistance with the Transfer Process.
