The resource center will open Monday, September 15, 2003.
General access will be Monday, through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Computer training held on Thursday and
Friday (times will be announce).
We invite you to join us at the center. Drop in and visit or give us a
call. Computer classes will begin Thursday September 18, 2003. One day
workshops on Wednesday's starting September 24th.
Child Development Center
You can concentrate on your studies knowing that your children are safe
and being nurtured in the high quality Child Development Center. The
Kennedy-King College Child Care Center is located on the southwest end
of the campus. It is a laboratory preschool offering care to children
ages two through five years. Services are available to children of
students, staff, and the community.
The center consists of three or four
well-equipped classrooms and an enclosed playground. Activities are
geared to promote social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
The Center provides practicum experiences for students in human service
areas and is available as a training resource to such students. The
Child Development Center operates Monday thru Friday, and has both a day
and an evening program.
Tuition is based on a sliding scale and varies according to income.

office hours are from 7:00am to 9:45pm. During the summer semester
office hours are from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
