Washburne Culinary Institute offers an affordable, high quality culinary education. Certificate and Associate Degree programs prepare our graduates with skills for immediate employment. Washburne offers you a culturally and ethnically diverse learning environment. Our day programs run 8 am - 2 pm, Monday through Thursday and our evening culinary program which is part-time is Monday, 5:30-8:30 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday, from 5:30-10:30 pm.  We only offer the basic certificate in culinary in the evening.  At this time, we do not have evening baking and pastry courses.

Whether you are a prospective undergraduate, a culinary professional, or a food enthusiast, Washburne Culinary Institute has something for you. Our classes are affordable and taught by award-winning, professional chefs.

Our spring classes were full several weeks before the term started.  Our summer session will start on May 17, 2010 and start registering in April and our fall term will start on August 23, 2010.  Don't wait to secure your place in one of our upcoming terms!
